Photo Book

A few weeks ago I decided to make a photo book with Noelle's pictures in it for Brian as a surprise. I've been thinking a lot lately about making a blog book so I have a hard copy of everything we've done since I started blogging, but I also want to make some photo books. I figured that it would be best to start with Noelle's book.

I put it together and ordered it on shutterfly. It took me about two hours to complete, and I loved it because they had dog backgrounds! Anyway, I couldn't keep it a secret until it came (I never can. We've already discussed wanting to be surprised when we have a third baby, but I don't know how that's going to work out), so I showed Brian what it looked like online. He was really excited for it to arrive and so was I.

It only took a few days for it to get here, and it turned out better than I imagined! I've already decided that I will do one book a year for each kid. I'm going to go back and make a book of Wyatt's first year, and then do his second year, and I'll work on Reese's throughout the year. I think in the long run it will be cheaper, and less headache-inducing than scrapbooking. I hate how messy scrapbooking is, and to be honest, I don't find it to be soothing. Maybe it's because I'm not crafty. Anyway, here's how Noelley's book turned out!
