May Little Things

We spent A LOT of our May at the Ball Field.  Hudson's  team had several make up games, and Reese and Wyatt's team both made big play off runs.  But this is mostly about the parts of our May that we didn't spend at the ball field!

Every one wore their Star Wars clothes for May the fourth (be with you).  I only got a picture of these two before we left for school that morning.

Pony pictures are always fun at school, and this girl had her first set taken.  She ended up with a chilly, rainy day for her pictures, but she still had fun on the pony!

We were able to make the drive to a mall about 30 minutes away to see Reese's art in the Spring Art Show!  She was very proud of her snowman, and she definitely should be!  I am always impressed by her artwork.

When I walked out of the room one morning, I found Wyatt reading "The Day the Crayons Came Home," to his brother and sister.  Reese looks like she's still asleep! Ha!
Fresh from the bath, and ready to put on her fake glasses from her Wendy's meal.
So Wyatt always has travel ball practice on Friday nights, but he also ended up having soccer tryouts at the same time one Friday.  We didn't think he would make it to baseball on time, so we didn't bring a change of clothes. But tryouts didn't last long, and he ended up hitting in his soccer uniform.
He was in the middle of driving Reese batty when Finley told him she loved him and offered him a kiss.
Reese's class performed in the Spring PTA Meeting musical.  She is on the left, top row in red!
This boy.  He is salty and sweet.  His latest saying has been "Oh, burn."  But his smile lights up a room and he has the sweetest, zaniest, funniest personality.  And he definitely doesn't like plain vanilla as much as he likes the hard chocolate shell.
Ready for practice, 5 nights a week.  I, on the other hand, always welcome a night off!
I took on a new, fun adventure when I became an aide at Hudson and Finley's preschool.  It takes up a big chunk of my time that I usually spend doing laundry or shopping or cleaning, but I also got some pretty neat benefits.  Like money, ha! And seeing this guy at his cowboy party!  Next school year we're excited for a new adventure when I work at school 5 days a week.  Wyatt and Reese are all day students, so this won't be huge for them.  Hudson will do half day Kindergarten just like Reese, but he will take the van to the preschool (and me!) for Extended day K.
Little brothers at a baseball game!
An we finished May with a really fun birthday party!  Nothing like water balloon baseball.  Reesie crushed it!
